Refund policy

• Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept return
• La Wagyeria strives to produce the best quality products you can find. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to assess refund options.

 

La Wagyeria will not issue refunds or replacements if:

• The order is unable to be delivered and/or arrives late due to incorrect, invalid or incomplete addresses entered by the costumer.
• Delivery is delayed or affected by weather and/or acts of good.
• Products are improperly handled/stored after being successfully delivered. 
• A delivery/shipment is refused by recipient and/or return to us without authorization.
